Ingredients
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1 lemon (should yield 1/3 c. with lime and lemon combined)
1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
¼ c. packed fresh cilantro
2 small cloves garlic
½ tsp. ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until emulsified. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Yields ¾ c. of dressing
