Ingredients
6 apples or pears
4 Tbs. butter
¼ c. chopped walnuts
¼ c. chopped raisins
½ tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of salt
¼ c. water
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F. Wash and core the apples or pears. In a bowl, mix butter, walnuts, raisins, cinnamon and salt together. Place apples or pears in a baking dish and stuff each with the filling mixture. Pour water into the baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour until tender.
