1 package of cherry tomatoes, sliced in half lengthwise
6 large tomatoes, sliced
4 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
1/2 c. extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 c. thinly sliced spring onions
1/2 c. freshly chopped cilantro
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste


Toss all ingredients in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve beside freshly baked cheese pastry.
