Ingredients

12 oz. blueberries
1 c. frozen mango chunks
1 c. orange juice
4 oz. silken tofu, cubed
¼ c. wheat germ
2 Tbs. agave nectar
1 c. ice cubes

Directions

Blend blueberries, mango, orange juice, tofu, wheat germ and agave in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add ice cubes and blend until smooth. Serve cold.
