Ingredients
½ c. uncooked steel oats
Directions
In a glass cup or bowl, place uncooked steel cut oats. Fill container and oats with enough water to cover a ¼ inch above the oats. Cover with a sealed top and place in refrigerator overnight. In the morning, remove the container and stir the mixture. The water should have absorbed into the oats, expanding them. Mix with your favorite toppings, such as cinnamon, berries, raisins, agave nectar.
