Ingredients
1 c. soaked raw cashews (soak for 2-24 hours, the longer they soak the smoother the cream will be)
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
Filtered water
Directions
Drain cashews and discard soaking liquid. Blend all ingredients until you have a creamy consistency. Add filtered water if needed. Use as a topping for puddings and pies.
