3 kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
18 fish sticks, cooked according to package directions
3 c. red cabbage, shredded
1 c. carrots, shredded
¼ c. fat-free ranch dressing
2 Tbs. lime juice
1/8 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
6 8-in. whole-wheat tortillas


Mix kiwi, cabbage and carrots in medium bowl. Blend ranch dressing, lime juice and cayenne in small bowl. Pour over kiwifruit mixture and toss lightly until blended. Stuff kiwi filling into tortillas before topping with 3 fish sticks each.
