2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and cut into even sized cubes
3 cloves garlic, chopped
6 Tbs. unsalted butter
4 Tbs. heavy cream
4 Tbs. whole milk
Salt and pepper to taste


Place all of the potatoes in a pot of cold water with 1 tablespoon of kosher salt and bring to a boil. Boil the potatoes until fork tender. Drain the water out. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mash together. Stir until creamy and smooth.
