Large head of fresh broccoli, pealed and cut, or bagged fresh broccoli from the produce aisle
¼ c. bread crumbs
¼ c. Parmesan cheese
Butter spray or olive oil


Steam broccoli over water or boil to soften, which takes three to five minutes. Rinse broccoli over cold water, pat dry. Oil or butter spray the bottom of a glass baking dish. Place broccoli in baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs followed by Parmesan cheese over broccoli. Next spray butter or drizzle olive oil over the bread crumb and cheese topping. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
