Peanut butter or jam
Fruit of your child’s choice (bananas and apples work well)

Directions

Slice and toast the English muffin. Allow your child, with supervision, to spread some peanut butter or jam over the English muffin slices. Cut up the fruit and encourage your child to add the pieces to the English muffin halves for a tasty and nutritious start to the day. To make the breakfast resemble a pizza pie, cut the muffin halves into triangles before indulging with your child.
