Rest and Restore Yoga

Our Rest and Restore yoga series led by Six of Sensate Wellness continues this Friday, October 14th at 2pm.
We invite you to join us in this free movement practice and take a moment for you! No RSVP is required, simply join us on campus for positive vibes!
If you can’t make it to this session, the series will continue this fall on October 14th, 21st, & 28th, and December 2nd, 9th, & 16th.
**While we have some mats available on-site, we recommend bringing your own.
