Rest and Restore Yoga

Our Rest and Restore yoga series led by Six of Sensate Wellness continues this Saturday, January 27th at 2pm.

We invite you to join us in this free movement practice and take a moment for you! No RSVP is required, simply join us on campus for positive vibes! Open to all ages and skill levels.

**While we have some mats available on-site, we recommend bringing your own.
