Late Summer Garden Walkabout

(adults only)

Join John Beirne, Director of Horticulture, for a walkabout the Arboretum grounds as summer begins to give way to autumn. Along the way, we will look for the first signs of fall color as our trees begin to showcase their seasonal hues, while enjoying the garden’s vibrant colors, rich textures, and delightful fragrances at their peak.

We will also take a short hike through the woodlands and the Bowl to experience our late-season blooming native plants. Please wear comfortable walking shoes, as we will be on our feet for the duration of the program.
