Connection to Nature Yoga
June 27 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am

(adults and teens)
Join us for Connection to Nature Yoga with Bailey Van Schaick, set amid the vibrant beauty of the Azalea Garden at Reeves-Reed Arboretum.
This all-levels class invites you to reconnect—with your body, your breath, and the natural world—through a gentle, grounding flow inspired by the rhythms of nature and the energy of blooming azaleas. Set in a peaceful, restorative garden, you’ll move mindfully, breathe deeply, and take in the fresh air and soft morning light.
Beginners, pregnant students, and those seeking a softer practice will find accessible options, while more experienced practitioners can explore variations to deepen their poses. The class will also include a short meditation and an optional journaling reflection to help you settle in, listen inward, and connect more deeply with your surroundings.
Bring your mat and a journal (optional), and allow this tranquil outdoor experience to leave you feeling refreshed, rooted, and calm long after you leave the garden. No prior experience required.
A Few Reminders:
- Please bring your own Yoga mat this is essential for your practice
- Wear stretchy comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely
- Bring water to keep you hydrated throughout the session
In case of inclement weather, we hope to reschedule for an alternative date this summer.
