FreeLaura, a.k.a. The Traveling Yogi, is back by popular demand!
Join Laura the traveling yogi for a multi-level yoga class designed to increase your strength, flexibility and balance. The postures will challenge both beginner and advanced students alike. Options will be given with most poses so that participants can customize their own yoga experience. Yoga – Your Way.
All levels of yoga experience welcome. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one. Registration begins February 28.
