Thematic Discussion Group: Mental Health @ Louise Childs

Join the Friends of the E. Louise Childs Library for discussion about mental health.
To start the group will define and give examples of what is generally considered optimal mental health. The facilitator will present mental health theories from the works of Abraham Maslow, Henry Stack Sullivan, and Carl Rogers. Next, the focus will be characteristics of poor mental health, especially during the 21st century. The session will conclude with quotes on mental health.
