Yoga at Rockwood Hall

Work up some heat to balance the gentle breeze coming off the Hudson in our first outdoor yoga class of the season!
Relieve stress and explore the connection between breath and movement with instructor, Shivani Singh, in an Ashtanga yoga inspired class. Appropriate for all levels of experience, ages 18+.
Please bring a yoga mat and water and arrive at least 15 minutes early to account for the 10-minute walk to the site.
The class is at Rockwood Hall, DO NOT go to the main entrance. The parking lot is on Kendal Way off route 117, just after the intersection of Phelps and Regeneron. If the lot is full, you may park in the Phelps garage (free). Walk up the hill across the street from the parking lot, make a right at the kiosk and walk 5 minutes until you reach the foundation.
In the event of rain, class will be canceled; you will be notified via email the day before.
