In this 90-minute immersive experience, we’ll blend a touch of brain science with botanical wisdom to create rituals that feel both meaningful and a little enchanted. Through guided reflection, scent, and story, you’ll uncover a personalized affirmation—something that feels like it was waiting just for you.

You’ll mix and craft your own “potion” (no spells required… or maybe just a few 😉): a luxurious sea salt scrub infused with herbs, oils, and intention to take home and use as part of your ritual. Expect to get your hands involved, your senses awakened, and your imagination gently stirred. You’ll leave with something tangible, something personal, and a simple morning practice that brings a bit of magic into your everyday life.

All materials are included: herbs, oils, salts, notepads, pens, affirmation cards, and your take-home creation.
