Sensory Hike: Rise and Shine!

Awaken your senses and tune in to nature in this embodied experience with Linda Parker.

We’ll begin with light stretching and breathing exercises before we set out on a short hike. Take this opportunity to quiet your mind and connect with the forest through all your senses.

Please bring water to drink and wear comfortable closed-toed shoes.

Meet in the Visitor’s Center courtyard.

In case of bad weather, the program may be canceled or postponed; you will be notified via email by 5 pm the day before.

Parking: $6 per vehicle; NYS residents over 62 park free on weekdays.
