Science in Bloom! Children’s Program(8 and up), $4 per child upon arrival

What if your every day nature walks could turn you into a real scientist, uncovering secrets hidden in the plants all around you? Kids will explore and identify plants in bloom, while practicing the art of scientific observation!
We will meet at the Environmental Education and Resiliency Center in Field 1 of Hempstead Lake State Park. $4 per child upon arrival at the front desk. $8 Vehicle Fee in Effect. Reservations are required for all programs, each child needs their own ticket. Space is limited. If you are unable to keep your reservation, please cancel so others may have the opportunity to attend. Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes early.
Please dress accordingly for the weather, and wear proper foot attire for walking. Please wear closed-toe shoes.
