Join us four our Rest and Restore yoga series led by Six of Sensate Wellness.
We invite you to join us in this movement practice, and revitalize yourself in the beautiful communal restorative energy of the class. Rest and Restore Yoga is for everyone of all ages, bodies & skill level. All classes are free and open to the public. RSVPs open two weeks before each class. Once you’re registered, simply join us on campus for positive vibes!
