What can you do if your landlord won’t make repairs?

Landlord/tenant disputes can be difficult to navigate. Legal Services of New Jersey will provide a brief overview of tenant habitability rights, and provide free legal assistance to low-income tenants in New Jersey.

This presentation will also explore the Housing Eviction prevention and Legal assistance Project (HELP) which assists tenants at risk of, or currently facing, eviction.
