Read to a Dog @ Sussex-Wantage

Children ages 3-10 are invited to practice their reading skills by reading aloud to Harley, a wonderful, certified therapy dog.

Each child will have 10-15 minutes of one-on-one reading time. Harley is a great listener, and never interrupts. Children who read aloud gain self-esteem, confidence, public speaking skills and a love of reading.

Register for a specific timeslot in person, or by calling the library at  973 875-3940, option 2. Please arrive on time with a book you’d like to read, or early enough to choose some library books.
