Read to a Dog @ Louise Childs

It’s a new day for the dogs! Join us on a Monday starting at 3:30 p.m.
Children ages 5-10 are invited to read aloud to wonderful, patient therapy dogs.
The dogs provide an uncritical ear and they don’t interrupt! Children gain self-esteem, confidence, public speaking skills and love of reading. Each child signs up for a specific time slot: 3:30, 3:45, 4:00 or 4:15. Registration is in person or over the phone by calling the Louise Childs Branch at 973-770-1000 beginning January 8.
