When registering for your preferred timeslot, note that the confirmation email you receive will confirm your appointment is from 10:00-11:00 a.m. You do not need to come for the whole hour, and can arrive at the time you scheduled.

Each timeslot allows for just one registration. Please register whoever is the main point of contact, but partners and children are also welcome. Note: The Dennis community room is up a flight of stairs. There is no elevator.
