Phil-Harmonic Grows Up: A Family Concert

Kids and music lovers of all ages will find something to enjoy at this live performance by the non- profit Livingston Symphony Orchestra.

Maestro Anthony LaGruth and the orchestra take the audience and “Phil Harmonic” on a musical journey which includes two short excerpts from popular symphonies by early musical geniuses Mozart and Beethoven. A familiar, light hearted overture by von Suppe represents the background music that enhanced early Saturday morning cartoon watching, while the vast influence of modern day composer John Williams shines through in his score to the heartwarming film “ E.T.” The musical magic of several Disney Movies including “Frozen” will also be celebrated.
