Meet the Artist & Closing Reception: Pascale Bouchard in Action
November 1 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
(adults and teens 16 yrs+)
Join us for an afternoon with artist Pascale Bouchard as we celebrate the closing of her exhibition, Féminin Pluriel. Enjoy refreshments while meeting Pascale and getting a firsthand look at her encaustic process.
Pascale will be working with encaustic in the gallery, giving visitors the opportunity to watch her create, ask questions, and see the materials and tools she uses up close. You’ll be able to discover the textures, layers, wax, pigments and other materials that come together in her work and gain a better understanding of the process behind the pieces on display.
Take your time exploring Féminin Pluriel, meet the artist, and enjoy an informal afternoon of art, conversation and refreshments.
Féminin Pluriel is a solo exhibition by Québec-based artist Pascale Bouchard featuring her distinctive encaustic work inspired by floral imagery, organic forms, transformation and the symbolic power of the feminine.
This event is FREE to attend, but registration is suggested so we can plan accordingly.
