Meditation and QiGong with Kevin Kuo @ Main Library

Due to popular demand, what started as a seasonal series is now a permanent class at Main Library!
Join Kevin and learn to combine meditation, the ancient practice of reconnecting with your body by focusing on your breathing; with the slow, focused movements of QiGong. Combining these two disciplines has been shown alleviate symptoms of anxiety, stress, depression and fatigue; while improving sleep, and overall quality of life. Participants should dress comfortably and bring water and a yoga mat.
There is no registration required. Class will be held every other Saturday with attendance on a first-come, first-admitted basis. Keep an eye on the calendar for dates and cancellations.
