House Music in the Garden

Experience electrifying beats under the open sky at our house music event with a splash of Latin flavor, in partnership with DJ Duce Martinez. Let the beats transport you as you dance the night away, surrounded by nature and pulsating rhythms.

Food will be available for purchase.

Please access the event through the Garden entrance near the parking lot. In case of inclement weather, the event will move indoors.

We anticipate a large turnout for this event. We encourage you to take public transportation to the Museum. You will find more information below:

Public Transportation

You can easily get to the Museum using the Newark Light Rail, getting off at the Harriet Tubman Square stop or the Washington Street stop. You can also arrive via NJ Transit heavy rail, as we are three blocks from Broad Street Station.

Driving

The Museum has a parking lot with limited space. It is $10 to park. Downtown Newark has ample on-street parking. We also recommend going to http://Parking.com and searching using the Museum’s Address, 49 Washington Street, Newark, NJ to find available parking.

Uber/Lyft

The Museum is located at 49 Washington Street. You will enter through our main entrance which faces Washington Street.
