Holiday Cake Decorating Workshop @ Dorothy Henry

Join Amanda for a hands-on holiday cake decorating demonstration and practice session. Learn about the basics of icing and piping techniques such as writing messages, making borders, and other decorations. You’ll have the opportunity to practice various decorating techniques and designs in order to help you decorate your own holiday cakes at home.

This class is designed for beginners. All supplies will be provided and no experience is necessary. Please bring your own apron or wear clothing that can get a little messy. This program is for adults. Class size is limited to allow for hands-on learning. If you register and cannot attend, please call the library at 973-827-8095 to cancel your registration.

Amanda Mausolf is a lifelong baking enthusiast who has been cake decorating personally and professionally for over 10 years.
