Hike with Mike: Westside Ramble

Explore the west side of the Preserve on this 6-mile hike to our famous triple-arch bridge. Our route will include at least one view of the Hudson River and a short stretch along the Old Croton Aqueduct, depending on weather. Leashed dogs are welcome.

Be prepared to move at a steady pace; some hiking experience is recommended.

Please bring water to drink and wear comfortable closed-toed shoes. Long pants tucked into your socks are recommended to prevent exposure to ticks and poison ivy.

Meet in the Visitor’s Center courtyard.

The hike will continue in light rain; however, in the event of heavy rain, the hike will be canceled. You will be notified by 5 pm the day prior.

Parking: $6 per vehicle.

Max: 20 people.
