Forest Therapy: Equinox Celebration

Embrace change with mindful movement, nature observation, journaling, and tea under the trees.

Led by Mindful Outdoor Guide and certified Forest Therapist, Cindy Olsen, this experience will be an opportunity to connect with nature in honor of the autumnal equinox. Blankets and seat cushions will be provided.

Please wear sun protection and comfortable closed-toed shoes. Long pants tucked into your socks are recommended to prevent exposure to ticks and poison ivy.

No dogs please.

Meet in the Visitor’s Center courtyard.

In the event of rain, the program will be postponed to September 24; you will be notified by 5 pm the day prior.

Parking: $6 per vehicle. Max: 15 people. Ages 18+.
