First Day Hike at Connetquot River State Park Preserve- FREE Hike!

NO RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS HIKE! IF YOU WERE LUCKY TO GRAB 1 OF THE 25 TICKETS…. GREAT!! IF THE EVENT SAYS SOLD OUT, DON’T WORRY! JUST SHOW UP THE DAY OF THE 1ST DAY HIKE AT THE MEETING LOCATION & YOU’LL BE FINE!
Designated as the first “State Park Preserve” in New York, Connetquot River encourages the long-term protection of our ecological, cultural and historic resources. Come for a 2-3 mile hike and discover the way Long Island used to be. Bring rain coat if it rains. If weather is dangerous then it may be canceled. Bring water and hiking shoes. This Park is carry in and carry out. There is no picnicking. Meet at the Flag Pole in front of the Main House. If you have questions about this hike, please call our office at 631-581-1072.
