Crafts & Coffee: Traditional Egg Decorating (Ages 18 and up), $4 per person

Discover a new method of egg decorating! The technique involves alternating applications of beeswax and dye in such a way that the wax protects the color of the dye underneath it. When all layers are completed, the wax is gently melted away, revealing beautiful, colorful designs.
We will meet in the Environmental Education and Resiliency Center in Field 1 of Hempstead Lake State Park. $4 per person upon arrival at the front desk. No parking fees in effect.
Class has a LIMITED CAPACITY of 10 people!
Reservations are required for all programs. If you are unable to keep your reservation, please cancel so others may have the opportunity to attend. Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes early.
