Crafts & Coffee: DIY Yarn Upcycling Workshop (18 & Up), $4 per person

Give those old sweaters in the back of your closet a new life by turning them into re-purposed skeins of yarn! Please bring 1-2 of your own sweaters to class, we will provide the yarn winders for use. Wool or cotton materials are easiest to work with for this activity.
We will meet in the Environmental Education and Resiliency Center in Field 1 of Hempstead Lake State Park. $4 per person upon arrival at the front desk. No vehicle fees in effect. Reservations are required for all programs. Space is limited. If you are unable to keep your reservation, please cancel so others may have the opportunity to attend. Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes early.
