Chinese Kites! (Kids Ages 3-8) @ Library Meeting Room

Ms. Gwen returns with a fun Chinese heritage program. Learn about traditional Chinese kitemaking and make your very own kite to take home!

Chinese Kites! (Kids Ages 3-8)

  • Ms. Gwen from Culture Tatertots returns to Denville with another fun program featuring Chinese heritage! Ms. Gwen was so sorry to miss her last program due to a family illness, but fear not … she’ll be back and better than ever!
  • Ms. Gwen will teach us about the ancient art of Chinese kitemaking. (Did you know that kites were invented in China almost 3,000 years ago!?)
  • We will then make and decorate our very own Chinese kites to take home and fly!
  • This program will be held in the library’s meeting room
  • Siblings are always welcome
  • Please sign up for one “ticket” as a family and list kids’ names on the order form
