Beginner Meditation & QiGong @ Main Library

Join us outside at Main Library where Kevin Kuo, of White Deer Meditation, will lead an introductory class in meditation and QiGong.
Meditation helps you improve focus, sleep better, reduce stress/anxiety/frustration, and manage your emotions. QiGong* helps your organs to regulate and self heal by stimulating meridians and acupuncture points in your body.
There will be four classes in this summer series – July 8 & 22, August 5 & 19. Registration begins two weeks prior to each class date. Attending all four is recommended for maximum benefit, but not required. In the event of inclement weather, class will be moved to the community room.
