Gardening Series: Winterizing Your Garden (18 & Up), $4 per person

Join us for the seventh and final installment of a new year-long gardening series that guides you through every season of growing your own food at home! After planning and planting in your garden throughout the year, we’ll discuss how to prepare your gardening space for the colder months, and plan ahead for next year. New participants welcome.
We will meet in the Environmental Education and Resiliency Center in Field 1 of Hempstead Lake State Park. $4 per person upon arrival at the front desk. No vehicle fees in effect. Reservations are required for all programs. Space is limited. If you are unable to keep your reservation, please cancel so others may have the opportunity to attend. Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes early.
