Stargazing in the Preserve

Peer into the cosmos with Vinny Coulehan of the Rockland Astronomy Club. View the night sky through a telescope and observe the craters on the moon in detail.

Plus, capture images of the moon on your phone using a special attachment on the telescope!

Meet in the Visitor Center courtyard

Bring water and a flashlight or headlamp with a red setting.

Please bring a lightweight folding chair if you are uncomfortable standing for 1.5 hours.

In case of bad weather, the event may be canceled or postponed; you will be notified via email by noon day of.
