Once everyone is settled in\, the tiers will arrive with freshly baked scones\, jam\, homemade clotted cream\, scrumptious sandwiches\, and a sweet treat. \nIn the last part of the service\, you’ll be offered a complimentary glass of Prosecco\, a Mimosa\, or sparkling lemonade. We hope you will join us! \nThis event is for adults and children ages 13+. Seatings are 90 minutes\, and registration is required. Tasks vary by session and may include weeding\, mulching\, watering\, and more. \nGround Force Sessions: \n\n\nThursdays \n\n\n10:00 AM – 12:00 PM \n\n\n\n\nSaturdays \n\n\nMarch – 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM \n\nApril & May  – 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM\n\n\n\nWhat to Bring & Wear: \n\n\nLong pants\, long socks\, and sturdy closed-toe shoes \n\n\nInsect repellent\, sunscreen\, and a refillable water bottle \n\n\nRain gear if light rain is expected—we work in drizzle! \n\n\nRegistration is required to receive updates in case of cancellations or schedule changes. Please register at least 24 hours before each session. \nWe will supply gloves as well as all other tools and materials. For your safety\, all tools and gloves are washed and sanitized. Please meet at the barn in our parking lot. If the session is cancelled due to inclement weather or any other reason\, we will contact you. DESCRIPTION:Museum staff and other guest readers share stories\, rhymes and sing-alongs with children ages 2 to 5 years and their caregivers every Friday at 10:00 am. A $5 suggested donation is appreciated. \nLaunched in 2005 by librarian and former Museum Trustee Penny Metsch\, the program is open to all on a first-come\, first-served basis\, and children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. \nDue to weather or staffing shortages\, the program may be canceled without advance notice.
