If the lot is full\, you may park in the Phelps garage (free). Herbally infused vinegar is one of the easiest ways to put up the bounty of the season for later use. Learn the basics\, and different uses\, and then customize your own flavors from herbs grown here at our own CSA Farm. For use in cooking\, salad dressings\, and pickling recipes. \nWe will be working with both apple cider vinegar & white wine vinegar and have access to a variety of fresh herbs from the Farm including basil\, oregano\, parsley\, dill\, sage\, thyme\, chives\, garlic\, horseradish\, and hot peppers varieties. The possibilities are truly endless! \n\nOutcomes\n● Become acquainted with the herbs available at the CSA Farm. \n● Develop a basic understanding of herbal vinegar infusion techniques \n● Create a unique flavor combination to use at home or give as gifts. \n  \n*Fees cannot be refunded for participant cancellation or any other reason. If there is heavy rain\, the walk will be canceled; you will be notified by 5 pm the day before. \nThis program is wheelchair-friendly. The trail around the lake is 16’ wide\, relatively level\, and made of hard-packed gravel.
