This joyful class will help you clear your mind\, relax\, and have fun with some playful loveable goats. Goats are calm\, even-tempered\, social animals – the perfect companions for yoga. Studies have shown that yoga\, spending time in nature\, and interacting with friendly animals can help reduce blood pressure\, stress\, and anxiety. What better way to start the weekend! \nThe class will meet in the Azalea Garden. Please dress comfortably\, bring your own yoga mat and water bottle\, and arrive a few minutes early to check-in and get settled. \nSome answers to questions you might have: \n\nWhile you are doing yoga\, the goats may snuggle beside you\, nibble on your hair\, climb on your back\, make cute sounds\, and poop near you.\nGoats make small pellets that are not terribly messy and can be shaken off your mat.  Cleaning wipes and hand sanitizer will be available.\nThe goats and yoga instructors are from Totes Goats Farm in Warwick\, NY who pride themselves on the meticulous love and care they provide to their animals who have forever homes with them.\n\nCANCELLATIONS:  If the class is cancelled due to inclement weather\, the class will be rescheduled for a future date or a refund will be given.  If you need to cancel your reservation\, you will receive a refund less a 20% administrative fee as long as your spot can be filled by another registrant. \nMember Price: $40 | Non-Member Price: $50

Tasks vary by session and may include weeding\, mulching\, watering\, and more. \nGround Force Sessions: \n\n\nThursdays \n\n\n10:00 AM – 12:00 PM \n\n\n\n\nSaturdays \n\n10:00 AM – 12:00 PM\n\n\n\nWhat to Bring & Wear: \n\n\nLong pants\, long socks\, and sturdy closed-toe shoes \n\n\nInsect repellent\, sunscreen\, and a refillable water bottle \n\n\nRain gear if light rain is expected—we work in drizzle! \n\n\nRegistration is required to receive updates in case of cancellations or schedule changes. Please register at least 24 hours before each session. \nWe will supply gloves as well as all other tools and materials. For your safety\, all tools and gloves are washed and sanitized.
