Please register at least 24 hours before each session. \nWe will supply gloves as well as all other tools and materials. For your safety\, all tools and gloves are washed and sanitized. A $5 suggested donation is appreciated. \nLaunched in 2005 by librarian and former Museum Trustee Penny Metsch\, the program is open to all on a first-come\, first-served basis\, and children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. \nDue to weather or staffing shortages\, the program may be canceled without advance notice. DESCRIPTION:MEMBERS ONLY! Autumn is a beautiful time of year in the garden\, so join us for our members-only campout on Friday\, September 26. Although we won’t be pitching our tents for an overnight campout this fall\, we will still settle in for a special evening on the grounds of the Arboretum. There will be live entertainment\, and a special family dinner will be provided. Be sure to bring a blanket or chair to sit on\, and of course\, we’ll have s’mores! We’ll end the evening with a nighttime hike through the woodlands. This event will be held rain or shine. \nAdvance registration is required. Registration will begin on Wednesday\, August 20\, 2025\, at 9:00 a.m. You must be a Family-level member or above. Members can only sign up immediate family members. \nCost $15 per person | children under 3 are free \nMembership must be current on the date of the event to receive the membership benefit.
