SUMMARY:Coming Home to Oneself
DESCRIPTION:@ 			\n			\n							 \n\n\n\nComing Home to Oneself\, is a restorative Yoga Nidra program designed specifically for elders. The class is led by dancer\, yoga instructor\, and retired Special Education Teacher Dianne Scott. Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation practice that reconnects with the breath\, guides awareness through the body\, and encourages rest and renewal.  \nThe program includes two 60-minute sessions:  \nSession 1: 12:00-1:00 pm Session 2: 2:30-3:30 pm  \nDianne brings over 20 years of experience working with seniors\, creating classes that honor all bodies while inspiring ease\, empowerment\, and connection.  \nAll class sessions are limited to 30 participants.  \nWeeksville is home\, and your comfort matters to us.
