Play with the floral bounty of autumn and create a beautiful arrangement with blooms such as sunflowers\, celosia\, kale\, thistle\, calla lilies\, various fall foliage and berries. \nIn this workshop\, you will learn tips about seasonal blooms and various techniques for arranging them. Participants will explore the fundamentals of small-scale ecosystems\, gaining insight into how light\, moisture\, and plant interactions support a balanced environment. Using live mosses and plants\, participants will design and build a self-sustaining terrarium while learning about plant selection\, design basics\, and ongoing care. The workshop will meet in the Wisner House sunporch. \nAll supplies are included\, and each participant will go home with a finished 5” glass terrarium and care instructions. No experience necessary. \nThe cost is per person.
