SUMMARY:Friday Woodland Restoration Session
DESCRIPTION:(age 14+\, age 12-13 with adult) \nJoin Our Horticulture Team! \nVolunteers will reestablish existing trails\, plant native trees\, identify and remove invasives\, as well as other tasks. No experience is necessary. \nGround Force Sessions: \n\n\nFridays\, 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM \n\n\nWhat to Bring & Wear: \n\n\nLong pants\, long socks\, and sturdy closed-toe shoes \n\n\nInsect repellent\, sunscreen\, and a refillable water bottle \n\n\nRain gear if light rain is expected—we work in drizzle! \n\n\nRegistration is required to receive updates in case of cancellations or schedule changes. Please register at least 24 hours before each session. \nWe will supply gloves as well as all other tools and materials. For your safety\, all tools and gloves are washed and sanitized. Please meet at the barn in our parking lot. If the session is cancelled due to inclement weather or any other reason\, we will contact you. First-time volunteers must bring a completed Volunteer Waiver form to their first volunteer session. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegister here.

Drop by the Stackhouse Education Center on Saturdays and Sundays anytime between 9 am and 3 pm for this self-guided program for families and children ages 3 and older. Borrow a magnifying glass (please remember to return it once you’re done)\, grab an interactive activity guide\, and head out to see what wonders\, big and small\, await.
