(Please include food allergies or restrictions in the comment section) \n\nRETREAT WORKSHOPS \nForest Bathing with Rich Collins \nForest Bathing\, also known as Nature and Forest Therapy\, is a slow meditative walk in nature that takes a holistic view of the physiological\, mental\, emotional\, and psycho-spiritual benefits to be derived from an embodied contact with nature. It aims to engage humans through their senses\, not their intellects. Forest Bathing can be viewed as an effective strategy to maintain and boost immune strength in human beings. \nTend Your Light: Botanical Self Care with Lightcraft Studio \nStep into a little pocket of magic—where science sparkles and plants have stories to tell with Lightcraft Studio. \nIn this 60-minute immersive experience\, we’ll blend a touch of brain science with botanical wisdom to create rituals that feel both meaningful and a little enchanted. Through guided reflection\, scent\, and story\, you’ll uncover a personalized affirmation—something that feels like it was waiting just for you. \nYou’ll mix and craft your own luxurious sea salt scrub infused with herbs\, oils\, and intention to take home and use as part of your ritual. Expect to get your hands involved\, your senses awakened\, and your imagination gently stirred. You’ll leave with something tangible\, something personal\, and a simple morning practice that brings a bit of magic into your everyday life. \nThe Gentle Reset: Reflection\, Renewal & Intention with Maureen Lennon-Schafer\, LCSW  \nJoin Maureen Lennon-Schafer\, founder of Presence of Mind Therapy\, alongside members of her team as they offer insights into inner reflection and internal experiencing as a way to reflect and reset. Following psych-education on the Polyvagal Theory and the use of breath to regulate the nervous system\, you will be guided through the chakras in a simple\, sustainable practice.
