This joyful class will help you clear your mind\, relax\, and have fun with some playful loveable goats. Goats are calm\, even-tempered\, social animals – the perfect companions for yoga. Studies have shown that yoga\, spending time in nature\, and interacting with friendly animals can help reduce blood pressure\, stress\, and anxiety.
