Amoeba Hop!
August 27, 2023 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
Beat the heat and hop into a puddle with Author/Illustrator Betsy Franco-Feeney as she reads from her six-foot wide giant book! Based on the song by Christine Lavin, Amoeba Hop tells the tale of the lonely paramecium who finds a partner through binary fission.
View a live sample from the Preserve’s Swan Lake under a microscope and become part of the story as we groove to the Amoeba Hop.
Appropriate for all ages. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The program will take place in the art gallery at the Visitor’s Center, no pets please.
Max: 20 people.
