The Flipping Gym is a structured, noncompetitive environment where children of all ages can progress their gymnastics skills at their own pace with individual attention in a group setting. In addition to building motor skills by learning gymnastics, games and how to move creatively to music, children also improve their listening skills, learn to interact socially, in a positive atmosphere and a non-threatening environment help to build their confidence and self-esteem. Flipping Gym is a family-friendly gym and tries to consider the needs of parents and siblings of its students.
