Little Mozarts and Beethovens, ages 4 months to 5 years, enjoy a head start into the musical world at The Early Ear. This year marks 16 years of this unique program here in New York City that continues to offer children the opportunity to play and experience real children-sized instruments and play in ensembles. Children are guided by an educated and experienced teacher and accompanist in a class of eight to 12 children. Singing songs, such as Mother Goose rhymes, and playing rhythmic groups help with musical skills while allowing creativity to come alive. Playing familiar songs on violin, guitar, recorder, accordion and other instruments, children imitate their teachers while learning from each other. Now with three locations to serve you.
